City Sky
City Sky was completed in 2006. I have always loved the excitement of the city, as well as the geometry of the buildings juxtaposed against the soft sky. For many, many years I drove throughout the United States, coming and going to arts festivals and gallery exhibits. The imprint of so many places, during the beauty of sunrise and sunset, were etched across my memory. Those memories poured out into this painting. It is one of my favorites, a page out of my scrapbook.
