On the Horizon
In life we start over and over, facing unbelievable odds and obstacles, rebuilding in each day that follows. On the Horizon was painted in 2017. The Great Recession was already 10 years behind me and I was stepping away from working many hours over five years in retail to make up for lost income. I held my breath as I stepped forward into my painting and the next level of my life. My boat was setting sail as my clouds parted.
