Splash was created in 2006. Sometimes the best part about painting is spending time with all of the electric colors. Taking a color and spreading it across a blank canvas feels like the burst of jumping into a swimming pool, exhilarating and unbearable all at once. The buzz carries me through the building of the painting, floating and jumping over and over, until it reaches completion.
